Payment Methods

Walker Appraisal Services prefers to collect payments "COD", at the time of inspection. We accept all major credit cards, or money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks.  If paying via credit card, please have your homeowner phone the office directly to provide all necessary information.

We understand that for some deals "COD" just doesn't work.  In those cases, we accept a net-30 payment schedule, with the broker ultimately held responsible for payment.  If you would like us to bill escrow directly, please provide this information to us on the order form up-front.
